Publix a 3min drive and beach was 4min if that. this home was exactly was we need for 4 adults and a 1.5 year old.... also they provided a stroller and pack n play which saved a lot of stress on our end! We escaped the cold of the Northeast for five weeks and found a home away from home at Honeydew House! The house is even better than the photos and ideal in every way. From the first communication with the owners to check out, the whole experience was terrific. The house has everything (and more - makeup remover in the bathroom? Beach chairs? Laundry detergent? Amazing!) you could possibly want. The sheets and towels were top-notch, the bed was great, the house itself was extremely comfortable and the backyard was a lovely oasis that we enjoyed every day. The location to downtown was amazing - could walk to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and far enough from the loud music (one spot in town is very loud) and the train tracks that it was peaceful and calm. We would have loved to return next year, but this property is such a jewel that it’s already booked. Do not hesitate to book this terrific place! February 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed 3 wks at this location. It was truly a home away from home! The house is well laid out so it was very convenient for 3 people. I loved the backyard and being able to sit out and enjoy the quiet. The beds were terrific, the linens excellent, the laundry facilities convenient, plenty of closet room and everything was very clean. Charles and Onjewel were a delight. They were very responsive and helpful. One little quirk of the house is the kitchen faucet has the hot water on the right. We loved our visit and felt really comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! The neighbors were friendly and the nighttime lighting made it feel secure in the evenings. The location was wonderful for getting to local sights and restaurants. Atlantic Ave. was very busy but there were easy routes to maneuver the area and get to the water. Lots of people but I guess that’s January in sunny Florida. The weather was near perfect. Delray Beach Golf Club was a great course and close by.
